Had a bit of a rough patch one night when a staffer, instead of addressing the noise from rambunctious kids, got heated over my request for a new key. He apologized later, but the moment made me second-guess future stays.

Our stay was fantastic! The spacious room with a well-equipped kitchenette was perfect for relaxing. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, while the free breakfast offered numerous delightful options. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met during our visit.

The disorganization at the front desk was infuriating. Despite changing my reservation from 2 to 3 days, the staff seemed clueless upon our arrival, leading to unnecessary stress and confusion. Additionally, I faced issues with the air conditioning unit. one room in the suite was freezing, while the other was too hot to sleep comfortably. This was compounded by the fact that I was simply too tired to address it at the time and it ruined our night's rest.

Our stay in the Family Suite was absolutely perfect for a girls' getaway! The two bedrooms and two bathrooms provided ample space for us to get ready and relax together. The enormous bathtubs and amazing water pressure made pampering ourselves so enjoyable.

The pool area had issues, with chlorine levels so high they burned my eyes. it felt poorly maintained—my room door handle was falling apart and the TV guide didn’t work, making channel surfing a headache. Lost multiple towels at the pool and only one out of four washing machines was operational during our stay, leading to frustrating laundry sessions.
